By purchasing any course, template bundle, or educational resource from The Hawaii Therapist Hub, LLC (“Company”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Educational Purpose Only (Not Professional Advice)

All course materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes only and are based on Jessica Wong’s professional experience working with therapists navigating private practice and credentialing in Hawai‘i.

Nothing in these materials constitutes:

• legal advice

3. Responsibility to Verify Information

Insurance credentialing requirements and reimbursement practices change frequently.

You agree that you are responsible for independently verifying:

• payer requirements

• credentialing steps

• reimbursement expectations

• licensing obligations

• compliance requirements before relying on course materials.

4. License to Use Course Materials (Not a Sale)

Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access course content.

You may NOT:

• copy materials

• share downloads

• distribute templates

• post course content online

• upload materials to shared drives

• teach from course content

• resell any portion of the course

• allow account sharing

All materials remain the intellectual property of The Hawaii Therapist Hub, LLC.

Violation may result in termination of access without refund.

5. Individual Access Only (No Account Sharing)

Course access is licensed to the individual purchaser only.

Sharing login credentials or materials with others is prohibited.

6. Scope of Support (If Included)

You may sign up for 1 consultation at 50% off as a benefit of purchasing this course. You will be emailed a link to sign up for your consultation immediately upon enrolling in the course.

Support is provided for general educational clarification only.

Support does NOT include:

• reviewing credentialing applications

• compliance verification

• payer-specific negotiation guidance

• legal interpretation

• tax strategy advice

• Support does not create an advisory relationship.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Resources

After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable due to immediate access to proprietary digital course materials.

Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be granted.

Access to course materials may be revoked after a refund is issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hawaii Therapist Hub, LLC is not liable for:

• credentialing outcomes

• denied applications

• reimbursement rates

• business performance

• compliance decisions

• reliance on course materials

Your use of course content is at your own discretion and responsibility.

11. Intended Audience

These courses are designed primarily for behavioral health professionals pursuing private practice credentialing in Hawai‘i.

Content may not apply outside Hawai‘i.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawai‘i.
