Support does NOT include:

• payer-specific negotiation guidance
• legal interpretation
• tax strategy advice
Support does not create an advisory relationship.

7. Third-Party Platforms and Resources

9. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable due to immediate access to proprietary digital course materials.
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window will not be granted.
Access to course materials may be revoked after a refund is issued.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hawaii Therapist Hub, LLC is not liable for:
• credentialing outcomes
• denied applications
• reimbursement rates
• business performance

11. Intended Audience
